That was a real motivation to read. I am planning to do walk/jog the 10K marathon in June and it was truly inspiring to read your post. There are plenty of reasons that I would do it, but I still keep thinking if I did the right thing by registering for it, the first and foremost being that am I fit enough? But as I read through your post, it does hit me that you are absolutely right, it is a mind thing

Thank you for this. I am in similar position, as in attempting to push myself and my body to do what I never dreamed of or thought capable of considering injuries, weight gain and general malaise.I intend to walk/run the 5K in May, but am attempting it this Saturday just to see if I can do it. It will be a big challenge, and your post has helped immensely. It is a mind thing.

Wake up, We Live in India. We are Going to Take On The World. We are the Booming Economy. We are the world’s best man power. We will take over China in terms of population. We have produced some of the biggest innovators of this century. So how does water figure in all of this?
We don’t have time for basic needs. Our politicians are looking at the bigger picture. Sad but true, but livable reality.
Just hearing about a water shortage makes me thirsty.
